Rotary Adopt a Road Scheme - Creek Road

The local Rotary Club sponsors a clean up of Creek Road as part of a Keep Australia Beautiful program. It was great to join with passionate people for a couple of hours to clean up a major thoroughfare. Plastic bags, cigarette packets and butts,  McDonalds litter, coffee mugs, paper and cardboard, soft drink cans and bottles ... I struggle to see why a few people think public areas and footpaths are a good rubbish dump. One of the local shopping centres donates space in their bins to leave the 10 bags of rubbish that were collected.
