Reduce the Road Toll

Drunk Driving continues to claim too many lives and impact the community. 
A consideration. Identify hotels, drive throughs and liquor stores that sold alcohol consumed by the drunk driver, the violent offender.
Approach them with a request for security operation on the door, at the exit, encouraging their customers not to drive drunk or to act in anti-social ways.
Encourage them to have a free breathalyser service for clients to demonstrate duty of care for the customers pouring part of their income into their business. 
Publish a record of outlets with an unacceptable level of anti-social behaviour occurring and develop a program to do the right thing.
Police and Security on the exits of car parks to farewell the drivers, thank them for doing the right thing may reinforce responsibility. An opportunity to return to the car park and find an alternate means home should be offered before they leave the private property.
