The Federal Government is so good and kind. A bonus payment that can be used towards kiddies school expenses has gone into bank accounts, but now, it needs a fancy advertising campaign to remind parents there is extra money in their account. A problem with these bonuses is prices go up. Suppliers know that it is easier for parents to purchase stuff because the government has given a handout.
