I imagine champion swimmer Sam Riley is in early, cracking the whip and lending a hand to encourage hardworking team members to bump up the pace to meet their PB. To see the visible elements of the $8 million centre falling into place is amazing. It will be operated for the BCC by Sam Riley Swim Schools when it opens in November.
