Yandina Park Mansfield Upgrade

Council has started an upgrade of Yandina Park on Wecker Road Mansfield.
Soccer fields used in the Saturday competition and by the adjacent school, COCB have been like playing on concrete for years so hopefully the fields will be ready in time for the next soccer season.
Yandina Park is an excellent location for playing fields, adjacent to a stretch of the Bulimba Creek catchment that is a fascinating place for kids to enjoy walking with their family.
I would like a pedestrian access bridge, or stepping stones to keep kids off Wecker Road.
Vegetation crews have done a great job rehabilitating Bulimba Creek near Yandina Park.
Council has upgraded the cricket wicket at the Blackberry St parklands to benefit the local junior cricket competition.
