Brisbane City Council has been approached to consider extending the Mansfield Bushcare Group boundary to include the Blackberry Street parklands. The opportunity for clearing of areas of weeds and lantana, planting hundreds more trees and improve an important section of Bulimba Creek will recognise the value of the area to the community. It was treat to have three mates enjoying the park on Saturday, raking, cleaning up rubbish and learning about the park.
