Councillor BOURKE: Can you please ask Councillor DICK to remove those comments referring to
Councillor KNAPP?
Chairman: Councillor BOURKE has asked that you withdraw the comments you made about Councillor KNAPP.
Councillor BOURKE: He said that she didn’t have the guts to answer the question, Madam Chair.
Councillor DICK: I’m afraid I didn’t say she wasn’t brave enough to answer the question.
Chairman: Councillor WINES.

Warning – Councillor Milton Dick
The Chairman then formally warned Councillor DICK, that unless he desists from interrupting and disrupting the proper conduct of the meeting, he would be suspended from the service of the Council for a period of up to eight days. Furthermore, Councillor DICK, was warned that, if he was suspended from the service of the Council, he would be excluded from the Council Chamber, ante-Chamber, public gallery and other meeting places for the period of suspension.
