Wecker Road Mansfield ... a place for irony ... Sunsuper says We look after Your Life ... as you navigate your pram or walker around a muddy hole so we can have more prominence for our advertising ...Brisbane City Council asked people to call about problems they notice ... See a Problem ... Tell Us ... yeah, we just walked into the sign board on the footpath outside Bunnings ... it's asking if you can see a problem ... clever.

My guess is at least 100 local footpaths are impacted because the City Council provides advertising space to help National Bank, Sanitarium, Sunsuper, Kraft Vegemite, Wallace Bishop, VW, Honda promote their products on Bus shelters.
Older style shelters looked daggy but rarely interfered with safe passage of pedestrians, wheelchairs, prams, walkers and children on push bikes.
People who walk into an Ad Shel sign and want to see the problem fixed can send a picture or text from their mobile phone to the council. SMS Council 2 fix it.
While sitting at a bus stop some people might prefer to see who or what is coming in both directions. Using bus shelters outside schools to promote unclassified inappropriate or violent films is a dodgy way for Council to make money.Painting ads on the footpath would be safer than blocking access.
Brisbane City Council tells Adshel the exact position for their fancy shelters.
They should err on the side of caution and consider the needs of the frail and disabled. Adshel has access to 1000 bus stops in Brisbane.

I apologise if I implied an unclassified film promoted at a school bus stop with a gun was violent. Apparently it is comedy.
