Creek Road at Mt Gravatt East has been the scene of too many traffic incidents and tragic deaths.
Three traffic lights are currently mising at two intersections.
The cost of each incident should be calculated - including the inconvenience and emergency response required.
When contributing factors such as speed, drugs, alcohol are identified it should result in contributions back to the community in cash or hours of community service to provide restitution.
