Canberra the worst place on earth after the others
I have declared in the past that Canberra is the worst place on earth. I am happy now to withdraw that statement and offer my apologies. A bit of summer reading tells me that Canberra is the worst place on earth after all the other places that were tried. The history of the establishment of Canberra as the nation’s capital is fascinating. It exposes all of the ugliness of politics and some of its higher ideals, too.
